Boat Cove products are produced on demand which supports our sustainable approach. As soon as you complete the checkout, a request is sent to our supplier to produce and ship the item to you.

Delivery

  • UK Orders - Orders are processed immediately and your order will be produced within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via tracked shipping service. Shipping normally takes 2 business days. 
  • USA Orders - Orders are processed immediately and your order will be produced within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via tracked shipping service. Shipping normally takes between 5 and 7 business days. 

Shipping Costs

All shipping is tracked.

  • UK shipping costs. 
    • £4.95 GBP for orders up to £100.00.
    • FREE for orders over £100.00. 
  • USA shipping costs
    • £12.00 GBP for orders up to £35.00.
    • £24.00 GBP for orders between £36.00-£60.00.
    • £35.50 GBP for orders between £61.00-£250.00.

        Returns

        • 30-day returns policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase! So we will gladly accept returns within 30 days as standard. Returns Policy 

          I didn't get an order confirmation, what should I do?

          • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

          Can I change my order?

          • All orders are processed immediately after you complete the checkout. You must notify us within 12 hours of completing the checkout if you want to change your order. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

          Additional Information

          • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
